IT Support

• Provide support to the Sr. Manager, Enterprise Architecture with developing and maintaining the enterprise architecture vision, principles, and standards to guide technology decisions
• Take ownership of maintaining our multi-year architecture roadmaps aligned with business strategy and IT priorities
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders, including Cyber Security to ensure architecture supports innovation, agility, and cost optimization
• Govern solution designs to ensure compliance with enterprise architecture principles and security requirements
• Help to drive adoption of modern architecture practices such as cloud-native, microservices, API-first, and event-driven architectures
• Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language for executive stakeholders
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on technology strategy and investment decisions
• Use KPIs in place to measure architecture effectiveness (e.g., reuse rate, compliance score, technical debt reduction) with an eye towards continuous improvement
• Ensure data architecture supports analytics, AI, and regulatory needs
• Ensure architecture decisions comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., data privacy, cybersecurity frameworks)
• Proactively identify architectural risks and develop mitigation strategies

IT Architect, Enterprise Architecture

• Plan, organize, and direct all elements of complex RFP and pursuit efforts, including solicitation analysis, response planning, and schedule development.
• Facilitate Go/No-Go discussions and lead win strategy development and reviews.
• Lead proposal kickoff meetings, coordinate pursuit teams, and manage content development to ensure consistent strategic messaging and compliance.
• Conduct progress reviews and manage proposal schedules, deliverables, and quality control.

Senior Pursuit Specialist

• Process accurate bi‑weekly full‑cycle payroll and benefits reconciliation.
• Process employee lifecycle changes (new hires, promotions, role changes, and leaves) across payroll, HRIS, and benefits systems.
• Maintain accurate payroll records, including overtime, retroactive adjustments, and other special payments.
• Process year‑end payroll activities, including reconciliation and preparation of T4s, T2200s and Year‑End Adjustments.
• Administer group benefits and RRSP programs, including enrolments, changes, terminations, and remittances.
• Track and reconcile PTO accruals in accordance with company policies.
• Post payroll journal entries and complete month‑end payroll reconciliations.
• Prepare and issue Records of Employment (ROEs) and process WSIB reconciliations and remittances.

Payroll and Benefits Specialist

• Oversee detailed investigations of incidents to evaluate root causes and ensure implementation of targeted, value added and controlled remediation plans
• Manage the operations/ support/management of products/systems/ applications/services for a range of clients to support them in meeting business objectives/ goals.
• Negotiate and document project deliverables, timelines, project charters / costing, roles, responsibilities and critical milestones and communicate project status and provide timely escalation of issues to ensure project objectives are met
• Lead effort to test, debug, and performance analyze and document environment components
• Provide support for developing the internal metrics reports and establishing and monitoring service delivery and SLAs

Senior Manager, IT Support – AML, Oracle Transaction Monitoring

• Resolve client inquiries by phone, email support or ticketing system with the ability to handle sensitive escalated issues
• Understand business requirements, build test cases and test software changes
• Troubleshoot problems by researching, analyzing and identifying symptoms and cause
• Meet client deadlines according to the service level agreements by appropriately managing and prioritizing assigned tasks while ensuring quality control

• Provide first-line support for staff by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

Help Desk Technician

• Resolve complex software, systems, and network issues for clients and internal staff
• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and other IT environments
• Lead response efforts during major incidents and system outages, coordinating support and communication
• Analyze recurring or high-impact issues and drive root-cause solutions
• Review tickets for quality, accuracy, and resolution efficiency, providing feedback where necessary
• Triage incoming requests, monitor SLAs, and provide backup phone/chat support
• Provide ongoing guidance and mentoring to Tier 1 and Tier 2 team members
• Conduct on-site customer visits for upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting

Help Desk Technician III

• Provide helpdesk support and troubleshoot user issues across hardware, software, and SaaS platforms
• Manage employee hardware from provisioning through recovery, including shipping, tracking, and inventory management
• Set up, modify, and deactivate user accounts across company systems
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes in close collaboration with the People & Culture team

Internal Audit Support, Summer Student

• Supports technical designs, specifications, integration on bus-related projects, including bus fleets, on-board systems, charging infrastructure, maintenance operations.
• Participate in multidisciplinary project teams, delivering studies, conceptual designs, and implementation strategies for major transit clients.
• Contribute to the planning and design of bus depots, charging infrastructures, BRT corridors, systems requirements, maintenance facilities, and operational support systems.
• Support or lead tasks within multidisciplinary engineering projects, contributing to schedules, risk reviews, cost estimates, and quality control.
• Participate in design reviews, ensure compliance with standards, regulatory requirements, and applicable codes (CSA, APTA, TSBC, NFPA, federal and provincial guidelines).
• Monitor emerging industry trends and advise internal teams and clients on innovative technologies and best practices.
• Support the development of internal tools, methodologies, and technical standards that enhance ATKINSRéalis’ excellence in transit engineering.
