IT Sourcing Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute IT and Software sourcing and contracting initiatives end-to-end
- Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams for sourcing projects
- Plan and execute renewals/amendments
- Develop PxQ baselines and contract analysis
- Influence and shape business requirements
- Manage relationships with key business partners
- Conduct benchmarking and opportunity assessments
- Define and track key performance metrics
- Contribute to AI-enabled procurement improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of progressive experience in IT/software sourcing, procurement, vendor management, and/or consulting
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives
- Strong commercial and analytical skills
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of procurement tools and workflows
- Advanced MS Excel / PowerPoint skills
