About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead high-volume VMS/MSP recruitment delivery with a strong focus on IT roles.
Oversee submissions, pay rate management, recruiter coordination, onboarding, documentation, and compliance.
Strengthening relationships with top banking clients.
Release IT and business-focused job roles through VMS/MSP programs.
Review resumes and provide constructive feedback.
Manage candidate submissions and placements through Bullhorn.
Provide training and support on VMS platforms.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in VMS/MSP recruitment delivery, account management, recruitment operations, and people management.
Strong understanding of IT recruitment across financial services or enterprise environments.
Experience supporting large banking clients or complex enterprise accounts.
Familiarity with Bullhorn, Fieldglass, Beeline, or similar ATS/VMS platforms.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
Excellent communication, client service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with US and Canadian payroll, pay rate calculations, bill rates, margins, work orders, and contractor documentation is an asset.
Ability to manage and train teams.
