Partner with senior leaders and People Partners as the Leadership and Talent thought partners — diagnosing needs and developing, delivering, and facilitating learning and capability building aligned to business needs, priorities and succession pipelines.

• Own the growth marketing strategy, including goals, channel mix, budget allocation, and success metrics across demand generation efforts

• Architect our AI-powered GTM infrastructure: You'll design and build the systems — workflows, agents, data pipelines, enrichment layers, internal tools — that let Marketing, Sales, and Rev Ops operate at a scale that would otherwise require 2–3x the headcount.
• Own pipeline growth end-to-end: You'll take ownership of the growth funnel and define how we scale demand at our next stage, from top-of-funnel experimentation through pipeline acceleration.
