General

• Provide disease state awareness, product information and pharmacoeconomic analyses as presentations or other forms of scientific exchange to managed care organizations, payers, and other formulary decision makers per unsolicited
• Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date scientific expertise of disease state, clinical information, product data, and the competitor landscape within the relevant therapeutic area(s)
• Identify and develop peer-to-peer relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) by engaging in ongoing and balanced scientific exchanges in disease areas of strategic importance to Braeburn
• Present scientific product-related data and disease awareness information in the hospital, institutional, and academic settings
• Serve as liaison between healthcare professionals and Braeburn for unsolicited Investigator-Initiated Trials (IITs)
• Address unsolicited requests for medical information from healthcare professionals via written and verbal responses, with appropriate documentation
• Support Company sponsored trials and other research initiatives including clinical trial site recruitment as needed
• Support external healthcare professional Speaker Training and provide Advisory Board support as needed
• Present information for initial and ongoing training of internal and external partners pertaining to disease state, product and competitive landscape information
• Provide medical booth and session coverage at scientific/medical meetings
• Align day-to-day activities with Medical Affairs strategic objectives, with flexibility depending upon evolving business needs
• Proactively and collegially interact with other field-based and internal colleagues; provide information to internal colleagues regarding regional and local issues that impact business and/or healthcare practice
• Always comply with company and compliance policies, and internal and external guidelines
• Support internal Medical Affairs projects as requested

Medical Science Liaison

• Serve as the field-based external facing medical representation of Medical Affairs
• Create awareness of Ascendis Pharma in the endocrinology community and communicate the potential of TransCon technology to transform the practice of endocrinology
• Maintain high level of medical expertise to support the portfolio/pipeline and relevant disease states (e.g., bone and growth)
• Provide medical/scientific presentations to both internal and external audiences
• Identify key opinion leaders (KOLs) and key organizations (e.g. professional associations, patient advocacy groups) for disease states within a geography
• Identify the scientific needs of healthcare providers (HCPs), researchers, and patient advocates important to patient care within a geography
• Develop and maintain a KOL engagement plan that foster collaborative relationships within geography
• Capture external insights about the disease state, Ascendis portfolio and pipeline, and competitors and communicate to internal stakeholders in a timely and effective manner
• Build strong relationships with internal colleagues (e.g., Market Access, Marketing, and Sales) by providing medical expertise and support as needed
• Collaborate with Medical Outcomes Scientific Liaisons (MOSLs) to support regional deliverables (e.g., scientific support, internal/external presentations)
• Participate with the development and implementation of the Field Medical Team strategic goals and objectives
• Provide scientific support at medical congresses to include participation in clinical data presentations, scientific exchange at the medical affairs booth, and internal or external meetings
• Provide internal onboarding and ongoing medical training for commercial and medical colleagues
• Engage with external researchers as a primary contact with interest in investigator-initiated trials (IITs)
• Support clinical trial operations to ensure success with planned and ongoing clinical trials to include identifying, supporting, and regularly engaging clinical trial investigators, and sites. Participate in patient find activities as needed.
• Document all relevant activities in the CRM platform
• Ensure understanding of and maintains compliance with department and corporate policies and procedures

• Perform remote monitoring and principal care management for patients under the supervision of the medical team.
• Ongoing tracking and monitoring of patient data communication across members of the medical team and engagement with patients and family members reporting out clinical summaries.
• Assist clinicians with gathering medical information for patients in-between visits utilizing different electronic health record systems.
• Report any medical concerns monthly for patients such as falls, medication, behavioral concerns and recent hospitalizations.
• Completion of PCM as assigned and as needed to ensure all interventions are completed each month with approximately 15 patients per day.
• Report any issues directly to the ancillary program manager and/or Chief Clinical Officer when applicable.
• Aid with additional employee trainings as necessary/provide support to newer employees that may need additional assistance via “shadowing.”

Associate Health Coach – Flex PST Hours

• Deliver time-bound, goal-driven, impactful coaching through a series of video visits focused on behavior change, habit formation, and lifestyle adjustments that support members' health goals and adherence to their care plan. Supplement video visits with personalized, goal-oriented in-app messaging that reinforces progress and maintains continuity between sessions.
• Leverage the Hinge Health technology platform to make strategic, effective coaching decisions that drive health goal attainment and meaningful member outcomes.
• Collaborate within the care team to ensure a seamless, coordinated member experience and respond to clinician referrals for coaching services. Accurately complete all required processes and updates in the member journey, including video visit notes and clinical escalations.
• Build strong relationships and rapport with members. Listen to and adapt to each member's unique circumstances, supporting them in staying accountable to their goals, healthy lifestyle changes, while keeping members focused and engaged within Hinge Health activities.
• As the front line of our product and member experience, critically assess our coaching approaches, synthesize and relay member trends, insights and feedback to the Product and Clinical Operations teams.

Associate Health Coach, Flex – Spanish Speaking

• Manage patient census with a resolution-driven approach to close gaps in clinical and non-clinical patient care.
• Identify and coordinate community resources with patients that would benefit their care.
• Provide patient education and health literacy on the management of chronic conditions.
• Perform medication management, including identifying potential medication concerns, reconciliation, adherence, and coordinating refills.

• Locate and review original orders to identify vendors, product specifications, and applicable warranty coverage.
• Determine viable resolution paths (repair, parts replacement, or full replacement).
• Assign and document costs associated with each resolution option to support informed decision-making.
• Process next steps by ordering parts, coordinating replacements, or scheduling service with vendors or installers.
• Communicate with vendors to confirm availability, timelines, and warranty terms.
• Maintain clear, accurate records of service cases, decisions, costs, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Design Consultants, Account Managers, Installers, and Operations to close the loop on service issues.
• Identify recurring issues and inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.
