General

• Travel, Install, calibrate, and test to ensure that driving range installations are completed in line with expectations.
• Work directly with Trackman Range Project Manager to understand and verify all project requirements and prerequisites are met prior to installation.
• Travel, troubleshoot, conduct maintenance to ensure that existing customers are happy about our products.
• Assist Trackman Operations team with additional tasks as needed while not on-site for an installation.
• Carry-out end to end and high-quality installation of Trackman Range technology.
• Establish positive relationships with customers and co-workers.
• Provide client support per our current policies and agreements.
• Establish best practices and innovative concepts related to product installations.
• Assist the Trackman Operations team with additional tasks as needed to help the Trackman business.
• Lead by example, demonstrating an attitude of safety, cost control, asset management, and professionalism to all indirect supervision.

Customer Deployment Specialist

• Prepare and process invoices, PO requests, payment documentation, and related paperwork.
• Coordinate contracting procedures, including collecting vendor information, preparing agreements, arranging signatures, and maintaining contract logs.
• Maintain internal trackers and filing systems.
• Communicate efficiently with both internal teams and external partners.
• Support business operations, scheduling, and general administrative workflows.
• Proactively identify next steps, gather missing information, and move tasks forward without needing detailed instructions.
• Handle ad-hoc administrative and coordination tasks as needed.
