- グローバルの個人情報保護規制に対応するためのプライバシーポリシー、社内規程、マニュアル類の制定と管理
- 越境事業の新規マーケット展開に伴う各国プライバシー法令対応（ギャップ分析、リリース前のプライバシーレビュー・サインオフ）
- 海外のお客さま向けプライバシーポリシーの運用および開示・削除請求（DSAR）等のデータ主体の権利行使への対応体制の構築・運用
- トラッキング技術に対する同意管理システムの導入・運用
- データマッピングや保存期間ポリシーの策定など、データライフサイクル全体のガバナンス整備
- 越境データ移転規制への対応および展開国のカントリーリスク評価
- 海外オペレーションを支える委託先・パートナーに対するプライバシー観点でのベンダーマネジメント
- 海外訴訟・海外当局対応を見据えたデータガバナンス体制の整備
- プライバシー分野における当グループ海外拠点とのコミュニケーション
- 各国のプライバシー情勢の調査及び専門家との連携
- プライバシーに関する監査、検査対応、インシデント対応
Requirements
What you’ll need- メルカリグループおよび各カンパニーのミッションとバリューに共感していただける方
- 海外の個人情報保護法制（欧州・米国等）への対応経験、もしくはこれに準ずる知識
- プライバシー分野における3年以上の経験
- 個人情報保護法や関連ガイドライン等に関する知識および運用経験
- ITインフラに関する知識や経験
- 利害やスキルレベルの異なる複数のカウンターパートと調整して合意形成できる高いコミュニケーションスキル
- プライバシーに関する強い好奇心をもとに、ご自身の経験や他社事例から、曖昧なものに対し判断を下し、他者に対して説得力をもたせる力
- 現状の課題を見つけて課題設定し、解決に向けて自走できる実行力
- 率先して職務に取り組み、最少限の指導で信頼できるアウトプットが出せる行動力
