Field Engineer

• Field Service Test Technicians travel to customer sites (industrial & commercial) to inspect, test, troubleshoot, perform start-up and collect data of low, medium and high voltage (480 Volt to 600 kV) electrical systems.
• Instrument transformer tests.
• Power transformer testing - Doble, TTR, Insulation Resistance, etc.
• Test both electro-mechanical and solid state relays.
• Cable testing - Tan Delta, Power Factor, VLF, DC Hipot.
• Automatic transfer switch troubleshooting.

Field Service Technician II

• Perform Preventive & Corrective Maintenance – Schedule, execute, and document preventive maintenance and field change orders (FCOs) on digital scanners and related hardware. – Diagnose root causes, perform repairs and/or part replacements, and validate system performance per SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Installations & Configurations – Lead complete site setups: unpack, assemble, and calibrate instruments; configure networking, middleware, and integration with laboratory information systems (LIS).
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting – Respond promptly to service calls on-site to minimize equipment downtime and maintain uptime SLAs. – Use diagnostic tools and data-gathering techniques to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues. – Operate with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations. – Escalate complex or recurring issues through established channels & procedures for swift resolution.
• Documentation & Compliance – Maintain accurate service reports, work orders, and calibration records in our CRM and tracking systems. – Required to carry and monitor the company cell phone and respond during work and on-call hours, excluding rest/meal periods per applicable state law – Manage company resources—tools, parts, and inventory—efficiently. – Adhere to documentation regulatory requirements and established industry quality standards.
• Customer Collaboration – Build strong partnerships with laboratory staff, pathologists, and clinical engineers through clear communication.

Digital Pathology Field Service Engineer

• Directly manage all aspects of customer service and care with our clients
• Independently troubleshoot and repair a variety of high-speed cash-handling equipment
• Track and manage parts/tools
• Stay abreast of changes in technical and functional elements of GLORY equipment

Field Service Technician

• Conduct on-site maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of the Skydio X10 Dock products
• Perform preventative maintenance, replace hardware components, and restore systems to operational conditions

• Collaborate closely with customers, project teams, and internal support groups to help deliver safe and successful project outcomes
• Typical work week includes travel on Monday and Friday, with field service work performed Tuesday through Thursday at customer locations throughout the U.S. and Canada

Regional Field Service Technician

• Must possess or be able to develop subject matter expertise of STULZ Precision Cooling and Ultrasonic Humidification products.
• Provide Factory Authorized Services including: Start-up, Basic Product training, Commissioning Assistance, Preventive Maintenance, Diagnostic, Break/fix, and BMS interface.
• Accurately report all quality assurance, installation and application deficiencies affecting warranty or unit performance.
• Provide technical support via phone when not scheduled for service.

• Technical Field Support: Travel to customer sites throughout North America to perform Installation & Training of new process systems, perform preventive maintenance and repair activities on KPM brand equipment.

Field Service Technician, Class B

• The Field Service Technician is responsible for installing and servicing on-site nitrogen generation plants and bulk medical or industrial gas systems in a safe and operationally effective manner, in accordance with all federal, state/provincial and local codes, and Airgas policies.
• Stewards the installation and care of nitrogen on-site generation equipment.
• Leads the setup of cryogenic bulk installations both at Airgas facilities and customer sites.
• Coordinates and supports emergency response needs.
• Restores and optimizes pressure reduction equipment associated with bulk delivery systems to ensure excellent performance.
• Understand and troubleshoot electrical systems associated with N2 generation and cryogenic installations, including: motor controls and relays, low pressure, high pressure, and liquid level alarm systems.
• Enhances site safety by installing decals and warning signs for the clear identification of hazards, ownership, and emergency contacts.
• Contributes to the installation of piping systems in accordance with company SOPs.
• Conducts Site Surveys to support alignment with all federal, state/provincial, and local codes.
• Fosters a secure environment by ensuring appropriate fencing is provided to protect installations.
• Contributes to periodic preventative maintenance tasks on N2 generation equipment to help the team succeed.
• Conducts annual reviews of all bulk installation sites to nurture their condition and ensure correct operation.
