About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for post-sales support to clients.
Provide technical and operational training, test, adjust, troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, and install CNC machining equipment, peripherals, and upgrades.
Plan and coordinate activities concerned with installing, repairing, and upgrading equipment.
Investigate and resolve customer reports of technical problems with equipment.
Analyze information to determine root causes and recommend repairs or corrective actions.
Advise management and factory engineers regarding equipment defects and suggestions for improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, or engineering technology)
Minimum of 2 years working experience in a Machine Tool Company
Knowledge of Fanuc Machines and CNC engines
Understand PLC systems and diagrams
Ability to operate forklift truck and manual lifting equipment
MS Office
