About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as our company’s field representative at critical and highly sensitive base and remote locations.
Support hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting on complex integrated network systems.
Support regular, special, and integrated system test programs, including scenario-based testing, developmental testing (DT), and operational testing (OT).
Represent customer requirements in L3Harris ForceX’s Agile/Scrum software development cycle.
Maintain ForceX’s exceptional reputation through positive customer interaction.
Work autonomously on complex assignments to achieve operational targets which have moderate impact on overall results for the team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
Secret Clearance required.
3+ years of experience with cUAS technologies or similar defense/security systems.
Experience with diagnostic tools and test equipment.
Familiar with military standards and technical documentation.
Experience assisting in the development of test cases to properly validate software features.
Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
High School Diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 10 years prior related experience or 2-year post-Secondary/Associate’s degree with 6 years of prior related experience.
Holder of a Department of Defense Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one) required.
Experience with related technologies such as radar systems, electronic warfare, or surveillance systems.
Two (2) or more years of experience troubleshooting technical and/or software products required.
Appropriate technology industry certifications such as CompTIA’s A+/Network+/Security+/Server+, Cisco CCNA/CCDA, Microsoft MTA/MCSA, etc. strongly preferred.
