Field Engineer

• Provide customer service and technical support to customers at their sites
• Maintain a region of assigned accounts
• Perform preventative maintenance on level control systems, PLCs, pneumatic pumps, motors, and related equipment
• Troubleshoot basic electrical and pneumatic circuits
• Respond to customer issues by phone or through service trips

Field Service Technician

• Work closely with and  under the direction of the FSS to lead and coordinate field service activities to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Honeywell equipment and systems at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior field service technicians.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve service processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of Energy Efficiency (EE) measures at customer sites.
• Complete documentation for each premise accurately, legibly, and timely.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
• Travel and function from a hotel room for this project; be willing to travel to other projects on a temporary basis.
• Perform all tasks in a safe manner using proper Personal Protective Equipment as intended.

Lead Field Service Technician

• Team with Engineering, Project Management, and Sales personnel to effectively design, implement, optimize, test, cutover, and document advanced communication systems that meet or exceed customer expectations
• Provide weekly reports of activities and accomplishments.
• Utilizes system design drawings, planners, and product documentation to oversee the onsite installation of network, server, and RF equipment.
• Provides as-built information for the final system documentation package.
• Utilizes network design tools, formalized process documents, and customer input to perform onsite and remote configuration of network, server, RF, and databases.
• Provides as-configured documentation and baseline reports.
• Utilizes system logs and tools to perform onsite and remote troubleshooting of networks, servers, databases, and RF infrastructure.
• Verifies system logs and event monitoring applications are clear of any faults.
• Utilizes product and system test plans to perform acceptance testing. Corrects any deficiencies found during testing.
• Provides accepted test results for the final system documentation package.
• Utilizes product specifications, FCC license data, and design parameters to perform performance verification/optimization of advanced digital and legacy analog RF infrastructure.
• Provides baseline measurement data and accepted test results for the final system documentation package.
• Utilizes project design drawings and customer current system information to design/develop solutions to difficult technical issues encountered as part of system implementation, upgrades, or support issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance routines to ensure proper system operation with a focus on trend analysis and documentation of results.

• Maintains smooth operation of local area, worldwide, and virtual private networks (VPN)
• Plans, evaluates, designs, and coordinates installation and/or reconfiguration of hardware and software elements of data and/or voice communication network
• Maintains technical expertise in all areas of networks and computer hardware and software interconnection and interfacing, such as routers, Cisco switches, firewalls, hubs, bridges, gateways, Windows servers 2008 / 2012, WIN 7, WIN 10 OS, SQL and REDHAT etc
• May propose solutions to management to ensure all communications requirements based on future needs and current usage, configuring such solutions to optimize cost savings
• Prepares or ensures that appropriate network documentation exists, including operational instructions
• Provides regular monitoring and network analysis regarding short- and long-range planning for in-house systems
• May coordinate third-party maintenance for network equipment
• May design network or portion of network that includes selection and recommendation of hardware and software packages

Network/Field Service Engineer – Southeast Region

• Travel offsite to customers' locations to perform maintenance and repair of LG's equipment to ensure top product performance.
• Proper use of all safety equipment (PPE), vehicle and diagnostic tools provided by LG.
• Conducts technical diagnosis and performs specialized repairs on a variety of electronics and home appliances.
• Diagnose problems, assess the extent of the problem, document findings, make decisions to repair the product and/or replace parts.
• Immediately and accurately process paperwork and perform data entry upon completion of each job.
• Pre-screen next day service calls by obtaining necessary information to help diagnose problem prior to arriving at customer's home.

• Responsible for post-sales support to clients.

• Plan and coordinate activities concerned with installing, repairing, and upgrading equipment.
• Investigate and resolve customer reports of technical problems with equipment.
• Analyze information to determine root causes and recommend repairs or corrective actions.
• Advise management and factory engineers regarding equipment defects and suggestions for improvement.

CNC Field Service Engineer

• Perform startup, preventative maintenance, testing, repair, and advanced electrical services on generator paralleling controls and switchgear systems.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across the assigned territory while supporting on-call service needs (75% travel required).
• Assist and train internal technicians and external customers on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and equipment testing.
• Collaborate with the Product Support Center help desk to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Support dealer service and sales teams in promoting products and services.
• Submit daily service reports, weekly expense reports, and maintain accurate project documentation in a timely manner.
• Stay current on training for new and updated systems, technologies, and platforms.

Field Service Engineer – Electric Power

• Support customer projects through on-site support for installation training, field failure investigations, on-site supervision, or direct installation support.
• Provide hands-on product training and installation support to customers.
• Assist customers with product installation questions.
• Provide support to further develop installation and training documentation for products.
• Assist with new product development by providing installation insight.
• Supports the development of application notes, instruction manuals, and application videos for products, installation procedures and applications.
• Interact with product managers, application engineers, sales team, and customer service representatives as required.

• The Field Engineer is the liaison between the construction site and the office and provides support to the Project Engineer and the Project Superintendent.
• Collaborating with all project staff to ensure that work plans are tracked and analyzed to maximize efficiency in the field operations.

• Analyzing and comparing budgeted vs actual production rates and yield in materials.
