About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide customer service and technical support to customers at their sites
- Maintain a region of assigned accounts
- Perform preventative maintenance on level control systems, PLCs, pneumatic pumps, motors, and related equipment
- Troubleshoot basic electrical and pneumatic circuits
- Respond to customer issues by phone or through service trips
- Maintain product inventory at customer sites
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of five years of experience in technical service required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot basic electrical and pneumatic systems
- Experience with preventative maintenance of industrial equipment, including PLCs, pumps, motors, and control systems preferred
- Valid driver’s license required with good driving record
