About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with and under the direction of the FSS to lead and coordinate field service activities to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Honeywell equipment and systems at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior field service technicians.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve service processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of Energy Efficiency (EE) measures at customer sites.
- Complete documentation for each premise accurately, legibly, and timely.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
- Travel and function from a hotel room for this project; be willing to travel to other projects on a temporary basis.
- Perform all tasks in a safe manner using proper Personal Protective Equipment as intended.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 years or more of experience in field service or technical support roles with a focus on equipment maintenance and repair.
- 3 Years or more experience in the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- 1 year or more of experience leading or mentoring a team of technicians in a field service environment.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance in field operations.
- Willingness and the ability to travel up to 100% of the time regionally.
- Associate degree or technical certification in a relevant field such as electronics, mechanical, or industrial technology.

- 5+ years of experience in field service or technical roles, preferably in a leadership capacity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
