Field Engineer

• Responsible for executing basic maintenance and minor repairs on selected products at customer sites.
• Investigate and resolve basic technical problems on selected products with basic knowledge at customer sites.

Field Service Technician

• Provide technical leadership to sales teams and customers covering edge-compute architecture, processor selection, bring-up, and software stack integration for NXP MPU and DNPU processors targeting robotics platforms
• Own the end-to-end robotics compute architecture for customer engagements, spanning perception, localization, planning, and control integration
• Guide customers in deploying complete robotics software stacks on NXP platforms, enabling rapid system bring-up and deployment
• Partner with customers on the design of companion computers, central compute, vision/perception subsystems, and HMI nodes — from silicon selection through Linux board bring-up, kernel/driver enablement, and system performance tuning
• Architect heterogeneous compute solutions that combine Linux on application cores with real-time tasks on companion microcontroller cores, including inter-core communication, resource isolation, and end-to-end latency budgets
• Design support and lab troubleshooting through schematic and PCB reviews, bench bring-up, debugging, and root-cause analysis across hardware, kernel, drivers, and middleware
• Enable customer AI, vision, and sensor-fusion workloads on NXP processors and integrated NPUs, helping customers move models from training frameworks to optimized on-device inference for perception, navigation, and HMI use cases
• Deliver on-site and remote proof-of-concept builds using NXP evaluation kits, robotics reference designs, and BSP / SDK enablement, demonstrating end-to-end solutions for AMR, drone, and humanoid use cases
• Lead technical training and project coordination across customers, business lines, and partners — running webinars, workshops, and deep-dives while managing timelines and deliverables

Robotics MPU & DNPU Field Applications Engineer

• Installs, debugs and provides technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, mainly on customer premises.
• Provides scheduled inspection, cleaning and other services and performs minor product repairs within an assigned territory.
• Inspects products for correct operation and resolves noted issues and / or escalates according to established procedure.
• Schedules services, completes all required paperwork and works with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality.

• Utilize an advanced understanding of customer needs and technical leadership expertise to champion the return on engineering investment.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for RF and Microwave demand creation activities, providing comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales technical support to help customers select the appropriate RF/Microwave components for their systems.
• Employ technical knowledge to influence designs through solution selling, resources, and strategies with the goal of maximizing Richardson RFPD content in every customer design.
• Conduct technical calibrations and research alongside sales and other Richardson RFPD departments, as well as suppliers, in support of customer designs.
• Attend supplier training sessions, both in person and via conference calls.
• Channel the "voice of the customer" to internal departments and suppliers to shape future product development.
• Identify key decision-makers among suppliers and customers.

• Lead regional customer and employee education and training activities in support of Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) procedure and product launches.
• Partner with key leadership, field, and cross functional personnel to identify opportunities for and barriers to improving district and region performance.
• Provide feedback to product development, quality, education, and marketing teams regarding product performance to improve future offerings.
• Serve as the customer and field technical resource in CRM.

• Requires the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as required to respond to customer requests and service calls.
• Executes scheduled preventive maintenance and maintains documentation of all service events, tests, and corrective maintenance performed on Samsung NeuroLogica digital radiography imaging technologies
• Consults and collaborates with stakeholders to prepare for installation and deployment of digital radiography imaging technologies.
• Performs or coordinates assembly and installation of Samsung NeuroLogica imaging technologies.
• Prepares periodic maintenance instructions for digital radiography imaging technologies.
• Performs required safety inspection and performance assurance on imaging technologies.

Field Service Engineer, DR/US – New England

• Work on-site with customers to identify opportunities for operational improvement and eliminate pain points.
• Perform field service tasks, including identifying technical issues and conducting certified on-site troubleshooting.
• Prepare material lists for service activities, ensuring all materials, parts, and equipment meet quality standards and are available.
• Execute installation and commissioning, maintenance, repairs, extensions, upgrades, retrofits, end-of-life services, and replacements.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance satisfaction.
• Identify potential new sales opportunities while addressing customer needs and communicate them internally.

Regional Field Service Technician

• Lead end-to-end field deployments: install, configure, and troubleshoot autonomy hardware/software

• Perform installations, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance services on all Curiox systems.
