• Perform daily accounts receivable follow-up, documentation, and issue resolution
• Manage an assigned portfolio of routine AR accounts
• Document all client interactions, follow-up actions, and commitments in the collections system
• Generate and send client statements, reminder notices, and follow-up emails using approved templates
• Review customer payments for basic discrepancies and coordinate with Billing/Finance to correct errors
• Support account research including payment history reviews, invoice copies, portal status checks, and statement reconciliations
• Monitor aging reports and follow prescribed cadence-based workflow activities

Collections Coordinator

• Supports the effective management of the revenue cycle process
• Ensures the accurate and timely collection of sales to third party payers
• Works with insurance companies, clients, and customers to resolve collection issues
• Reconciles accounts
• Manage assigned accounts and ensure the timeliness and accuracy of billing, collections, and payment activity
• Verification that a claim is on file
• Follow up with the payer due to lack of payment

Medicare Collections Specialist

• Provide leadership and oversight for all billing submission, invoicing, collections, and accounts receivable activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls.
• Oversee ancillary fee tracking, validation, and submission for invoicing, ensuring all billable revenue is captured and collected.
• Monitor accounts receivable performance, aging, and DSO targets; partner with Finance on issue resolution and escalation as needed.

Collections Specialist

• Collects delinquent accounts by locating past due borrowers
• Distributes demand letters
• Contacts borrowers to establish payment procedures

• Notifies borrowers of their rights and amounts due
• Monitors to ensure the borrower’s commitment to pay
• Obtains payments while presenting a positive image of the Bank
• Prepares and compiles documentation on all collection actions taken

• Manage end to end execution of manual email campaigns, from account selection through deployment, evaluation, and optimization.
• Own the dynamic email template ecosystem, ensuring templates, variables, and eligibility logic work together correctly across products and stages.
• Maintain and validate the configuration tables that drive dynamic email processing and eligibility, including toggles and criteria tables used to enable processing and determine which templates are applied.
• Manage dynamic template mappings and variable population logic, including nested variable structures.
• Analyze campaign performance, interpret customer behavior insights, and recommend changes to improve funnel outcomes and digital engagement.
• Develop standardized reporting and KPIs for email execution and outcomes, supporting control reporting and audit readiness.
• Prepare executive summaries and updates for leadership, including clear articulation of in flight initiatives and outcome impacts.
• Own the content testing roadmap for dynamic collection email templates and execute structured A/B testing plans.
• Manage vendor and technology partner delivery for email strategy execution, ensuring timelines, handoffs, and deliverables are met, and monitoring all parties involved to ensure flawless execution.
• Define and optimize internal and external processes, including documentation of existing processes and upkeep activities as part of a sustainable BAU operating model.
• Partner with cross functional teams to design and execute a holistic orchestration and Next Best Action strategy that integrates digital and agent-based outreach.
