• Own and maintain monthly Estimated/Anticipated Cost at Completion at the project level.
• Partner with Project Managers to:
• - Review committed costs, actuals, and pending exposures.
• - Identify forecast variances and risk areas.
• - Update cost projections based on scope changes and field intelligence.
• Ensure forecast integrity through documented assumptions and variance explanations.
• Escalate material risks or budget overruns with recommended mitigation strategies.
• Support project budget setup and changes within financial systems.
• Validate that budgets are properly structured (cost codes, categories, contingencies).
• Monitor budget vs. actual vs. committed spend.

Project Accountant

• Maintain general ledger; prepare and enter month end and other required journal entries.
• Assist with reconciling investment, equity, debt and partners distributions.
• Review and reconcile monthly transactions and balances for accuracy.
• Assist with preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements and budgets.
• Prepare work papers and various reports for external auditing.

• Assisting with daily Accounts Payable and Cash Receipts functions

• Reconciling Balance Sheet and P&L accounts by compiling files and records for the purpose of ensuring availability of documentation and compliance with established policies and regulatory guidelines

Junior Accountant

• As part of the Global Clinical Diagnostics Costing team, you will be responsible for all cost accounting and inventory activities for the CDR manufacturing sites located at Middletown, US & Suzhou, CN.
• You will work to build a world class cost accounting organization by developing and deploying consistent methods of establishing standard costs, variance analysis and reporting.
• You will be an integral part of the global cost accounting organization, partnering with supply chain, sourcing, site operations, and operational improvement leaders to drive critical metrics.
• Support all aspects of the annual standard cost update in the SAP ERP system: Work closely with the procurement function to establish accurate material costs.
• Calculate the direct labor and overhead rates for the upcoming fiscal year; ensure the standardized methodology is applied across all sites within scope and ensure that Regional Controllers and Site Finance Leaders are onboard.
• Assist in the analysis of year-over-year variances for both material and labor/overhead costs.
• Consolidate updated standard costs by SKU for communication to the commercial group for use in timely updates to product pricing.

Senior Cost Accountant – CDR
