Key responsibilities & impact

Senior Accountant responsible for leading core accounting functions
Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records
Supporting the monthly and year-end close processes
Owning key areas of the general ledger
Performing advanced accounting analysis while reviewing and approving work prepared by accounting staff
Combining hands-on general ledger responsibility, cost accounting exposure, and operational accounting oversight
Ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies while driving process improvements and supporting management reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting
Advanced Excel Skills
ERP system experience (Microsoft D365 preferred)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong communication and collaboration skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
5–7+ years accounting experience
CPA or CPA-track a plus
Manufacturing or cost accounting experience preferred
Experience supervising or reviewing staff work preferred
