• Provide high-level support for the Sales Dept.
• Accountable for sales reporting, analytics, and sales support
• Enhance operational efficiency through collaboration with multiple teams
• Deliver key reporting and actionable analysis using tools such as Power BI and Excel
• Assist in preparing essential materials like sales presentations, call lists, and performance summaries
• Ensure seamless communication and workflow between Sales, Finance, Marketing, and IT
• Support VP of Sales in preparation for SR management deliverables including annual sales projections and reports
• Proactively manage and distribute recurring reports
• Assist with order issues including research on new customer possibilities and making cold calls for inside sales support
