Account Executive

• Venta consultiva. Cada deal es único y requiere entender en profundidad cómo opera el cliente, identificar sus fricciones de cobro, y construir un business case sólido que demuestre el impacto concreto de Toku. Este rol combina lo mejor de la consultoría estratégica con la ejecución comercial.
• Diagnosticar antes de proponer. Realizar discovery profundo con prospectos: entender sus flujos de cobro actuales, identificar fricciones operativas, cuantificar oportunidades no aprovechadas, y determinar dónde la orquestación de pagos puede generar valor real.
• Liderar el ciclo de venta completo. Desde la primera reunión hasta la negociación y cierre de propuestas comerciales con tomadores de decisión clave.
• Coordinar con equipos internos. Trabajar estrechamente con Producto, Operaciones y Customer Success para asegurar que las promesas comerciales se concreten en resultados medibles para los clientes.

• Handle incoming calls and emails with inquiries from customers with confidence and accuracy
• Complete and submit all pertinent and necessary paperwork (documents, report) required to finalize a vehicle sale or lease, including the financing
• Maintain records of each sale, including call/contact reports, quotes, specifications, sales orders, expense reports and other required documentation.
• Develop and maintain competent industry and product knowledge related to the trucking industry, such as used equipment, features, accessories, and benefits to the customers to show equipment features and performance to customers.
• Ensure all required paperwork is submitted for the efficient processing of financing and credit approval applications.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory and ownership documents of used trucks.
• Collaborate with the Department of Transportation to ensure the smooth transfer of sales and manage all required documentation

Truck Sales Representative

• Achieve annual revenue targets through consultative sales to new clients and renewals of existing policies
• Build and manage a portfolio aligned with Coface’s strategic growth and retention objectives
• Develop a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through direct outreach
• Market and sell specialized financial products
• Provide ongoing service to clients by monitoring coverage and program performance

Sales Executive

• Focus on lead qualification and closure for successful sale (pure hunter role)
• Sell a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a customer’s base (provided target account list) in designated team/squad.
• Involve specialists when needed for particular aspects of overall sales (e.g., SE for demo)
• Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.
• Manage sales through forecasting, account resource requesting, account strategy, and planning.

• Differentiate commit, best case, open pipeline, and at-risk deals.
• Raise blockers related to legal, pricing, product, compliance, or Success.
• Hand off customers to Success with clear context, expectations, and commercial history.

SMB Sales Executive
