About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop relationships with large enterprises and drive significant revenue growth.
- Actively prospect, identify opportunities, manage your pipeline, and close large deals with corporate clients.
- Utilize strong consultative selling skills to address client pain points and present tailored solutions.
- Engage with senior decision-makers and lead commercial conversations.
- Handle objections and move opportunities toward a concrete decision.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of proven success as a Sales Executive for SaaS products or similar solutions, targeting enterprise customers in Latin America.
- Proven ability to generate and manage self-sourced pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, cold outreach, or strategic account mapping.
- Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to address client pain points and present tailored solutions.
- Strong closing ability, including objection handling, negotiation, follow-up discipline, and the ability to drive deals toward a signed agreement.
- Experience engaging with VP and C-level executives, with excellent professional presence and communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, SaaS products, and lead-generation platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.
- Resilient, results-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with direct outreach and persistent follow-up.
- English level: B2 or above, with strong written and verbal skills.
- Nice to have: experience in high-growth startups or other fast-paced environments and experience with B2G (business-to-government) negotiations.
