• Generate qualified **Enterprise B2B pipeline** through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, referrals, networking, and strategic follow-up.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders across enterprise companies in LATAM.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business potential, urgency, strategic fit, and enterprise readiness.
• Own the follow-up process end-to-end to ensure no high-potential opportunity is lost.
• Schedule high-quality meetings between prospects and Account Executives.
• Use multi-channel outreach strategies including cold calling, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, events, and networking.
• Identify creative ways to connect with hard-to-reach senior stakeholders.
• Keep CRM data clean, updated, and actionable.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to improve conversion rates and pipeline quality.
• Provide insights on messaging, lead quality, objections, and market feedback.
• Consistently achieve enterprise pipeline generation and qualified meeting targets.

• Manage assigned leads within the defined SLA.
• Qualify opportunities based on fit, need, urgency, budget, and decision-making authority.
• Prioritize leads with real buying intent and disqualify opportunities without clear commercial fit.

• Send clear proposals with product scope, pricing, licenses, validity, and next steps.
• Handle objections, negotiate, and move deals to close.
• Complete contract, compliance, or purchase order processes when needed.
• Manage renewals for the assigned portfolio.
• Contact customers before contract expiration and identify upsell or expansion opportunities.
• Detect churn risks and coordinate action with the Success team.
• Maintain active relationships with decision makers and key contacts.
• Keep HubSpot updated with deal stage, amount, close date, next step, notes, and loss reasons.
• Maintain a realistic pipeline without inflating weak opportunities.
• Differentiate commit, best case, open pipeline, and at-risk deals.
• Raise blockers related to legal, pricing, product, compliance, or Success.
• Hand off customers to Success with clear context, expectations, and commercial history.
