About the role
- Create and deliver technical product presentations to prospective customers promoting Zscaler products
- Gather customer technical requirements to ensure proposed solutions meet customer goals and needs
- Lead product evaluations and custom product configurations
- Design evaluation test plans with customers and guide the process to successful outcomes
- Run Proof of Value from start to finish as the technical and industry expert
- Collaborate and support internal Zscaler teams
- Report to the Manager, Sales Engineering and work within the Americas Field Sales organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Systems integrator
- Knowledge of network security technologies
- Industry certifications including CCNP, JNCIP, PCNSA, CISSP, or CCSP (preferred)
- Experience working with major accounts in the federal space (preferred)
