About the role

  • Report to the Director, WW Partner Solutions Architecture and work alongside a team focused on technical business needs of largest partners
  • Partner with North America partner sales leaders to build strong relationships with Channel Directors and Partner Managers
  • Lead and manage a team of Partner Solutions Architects (PSAs) to activate and scale strategic partnerships across North America
  • Recruit, retain, develop and coach PSAs to own technical GTM strategy for strategic partners
  • Partner with sales and product groups to drive operational excellence and efficiency
  • Insert Wiz strategically within partners and help build corresponding services practices
  • Develop champions through strategic evangelization and enablement efforts
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to partners for cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP
  • Help partners achieve maximum value from practices built around Wiz technology to ensure long-term joint success
  • Execute partner programs to build repeatable, scalable practices along the partner maturity journey
  • Represent Wiz with partners with strong technical executive presence

Requirements

  • Proven track record of running technical teams across both regional and global partner ecosystems to develop and execute strategic partner programs and drive outcomes at scale
  • Deep understanding of go-to-market models and ability to navigate complex multi-layered global organizations
  • Experience with managed services offerings from technical, commercial, and operational perspectives
  • Cloud security experience with hands-on expertise in AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
  • Network engineering experience / background
  • Strong operating system, virtual machine and container knowledge
  • Knowledge of risk-based security assessments and frameworks
  • Understanding of cloud identity, access, certificates and keys
  • Bonus: Experience working with resale partners, services partners, Solutions Providers, and Global Systems Integrators
  • Bonus: Experience with CNAPP tools and/or cloud infrastructure security
  • Bonus: Technical SaaS selling experience
  • Bonus: Understanding of the CI/CD process
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code
