Solutions Engineer

• Lead design and validation of end-to-end automation solutions across pallet, case, and each-pick process paths.
• Translate GreenBox’s Concept of Operations (ConOps) into modular, repeatable designs deployable across facilities.
• Drive build–test–prove cycles for facility launches; own UAT, performance validation, and design iteration.
• Partner with Software, Industrial Engineering, and Operations to ensure seamless WMS/WES/WCS integration and readiness.
• Collaborate with vendors and system partners to influence product roadmaps and integrate best-fit technologies.
• Establish design standards, performance metrics, and change control processes for consistent implementation.
• Build and mentor a small, high-performing engineering team focused on technical excellence and speed of execution.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning for automation design, throughput, and scalability.
• Support cross-functional initiatives that enhance overall system reliability, flexibility, and efficiency.
