About the role
- Design, build, and scale a global Application Services business unit
- Define and launch a portfolio of offerings: application migrations, load testing, modernization, upgrades, and ongoing support
- Develop and execute a business plan with prioritized services, target segments, partner strategies, and measurable goals
- Create and maintain a capability and offering roadmap to accelerate growth
- Strengthen relationships with agency partners to fill gaps and augment resources
- Lead value-led solution sales for new and existing customers; engage in pre-sales and deal reviews
- Partner with Go-to-Market teams to define market offers and ensure successful launch and adoption
- Ensure successful delivery of engagements with exceptional customer satisfaction
- Oversee application migrations, performance testing, modernization projects, and support engagements using a global delivery model
- Anticipate client needs and proactively address challenges to ensure value realization
- Attract, recruit, and retain top talent; foster a culture of excellence; represent the business at the executive level
Requirements
- Proven track record building and scaling application services businesses globally
- Deep knowledge of application architectures and cloud infrastructure principles
- Strong consulting and delivery background, including leadership of complex, multi-million-dollar projects
- Demonstrated success in solution-selling and closing large strategic deals
- Strategic thinker with ability to translate vision into actionable plans
- Exceptional client engagement skills with credibility at the C-suite level
- Strong presenter to both technical and business audiences
- Passion for building high-performance teams and driving measurable business outcomes
