• As a Growth Marketing Specialist at Upsun, you play a key role in driving awareness, demand, and revenue growth through creative, data-driven digital marketing. You’ll help inspire developers and IT leaders to discover Upsun’s cloud application platform by designing and optimizing campaigns that convert curiosity into engagement, and engagement into measurable results.
• Reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Advocacy, and external partners to build and scale multi-channel campaigns. You combine analytical rigor with creative experimentation to uncover what drives performance, always aiming to improve conversions, efficiency, and ROI.
• This is a role for a curious, hands-on marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and analytics. You’ll test, learn, and adapt continuously, helping Upsun reach and resonate with a global audience of developers and technical decision-makers.

Growth Marketing Specialist

Product Manager

• Define and drive product strategy for key parts of Upsun—especially infrastructure orchestration and developer workflows.
• Shape intuitive, outcome-focused experiences that make infrastructure seamless for modern dev teams.
• Collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, support, and customer success to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and milestones.
• Gather feedback from internal users and external customers to guide product decisions and roadmap development.
• Partner closely with platform, systems, and infrastructure engineers to build scalable, reliable platform capabilities.
• Contribute to positioning, messaging, and rollout of new features with our go-to-market teams.

Full-stack Engineer

• Design, build, and maintain backend services in Go (Golang) that power AI-driven agents.
• Integrate AI/ML models into production environments, including LLMs, decision-making systems, and reinforcement learning agents.
• Develop APIs and microservices for agent communication, orchestration, and lifecycle management.
• Implement concurrency, event-driven systems, and message queues to support scalable agent interactions.
• Ensure security, reliability, and observability with robust logging, monitoring, and alerting practices.
• Collaborate with Data and Product teams to turn prototypes into production-ready services, while shaping architecture decisions around frameworks, data management, and testing.
• Write clear technical documentation, champion Go development best practices, and contribute to a collaborative remote-first culture with pair programming and team sessions.

• Build the sales enablement framework from the ground up, creating scalable programs, playbooks, and training paths.
• Accelerate sales productivity by boosting seller confidence in product, process, and positioning - driving stronger performance across segments.
• Stay hands-on during implementation - coaching, mentoring, and guiding sellers as they adopt new tools and approaches.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure enablement stays aligned with launches, market shifts, and customer signals.
• Strengthen onboarding and ramp programs to reduce time-to-productivity and ensure new hires are confident early.
• Translate product usage data into actionable sales plays, teaching teams how to spot and act on product-led opportunities.
• Define, track, and report enablement KPIs, communicating clear outcomes and opportunities to executives.
• Connect product insights to sales execution, aligning go-to-market teams with the way customers actually buy and giving sellers the confidence to succeed from day one.
