Help to define and execute the overall strategic vision and roadmap for the Business Consulting organization, aligning with company objectives and market opportunities
Develop and implement scalable, data-driven GTM methodologies and frameworks that can be deployed across the entire client portfolio
Partner with cross-functional leadership to identify new market opportunities and expand professional services offerings
Lead and develop a team of Business Consultants, establishing clear career progression paths and performance standards
Build organizational capabilities through strategic hiring, talent development programs, and knowledge management systems
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and client obsession across all teams
Own executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders at strategic enterprise accounts
Drive revenue growth through expansion of professional services engagements and identification of new service opportunities
Oversee delivery of the most complex, high-value engagements requiring executive oversight and strategic guidance
Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to align professional services with broader company initiatives
Influence product roadmap decisions based on aggregated client feedback and market insights from consulting engagements
Establish strategic partnerships with technology vendors and consulting firms to expand service capabilities
Establish metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to measure organizational performance and client outcomes
Implement scalable processes and systems to support organizational growth and operational efficiency
Ensure consistent delivery quality and client satisfaction across all service lines and teams
Requirements
10+ years of experience in B2B consulting, technology, or professional services
3+ years in senior leadership roles managing multiple teams
Executive presence and proven ability to engage with C-level executives and influence strategic decision-making
Deep expertise in sales and marketing technology ecosystems, including advanced knowledge of Salesforce, ZoomInfo, marketing automation platforms, data analytics tools, and emerging AI/ML technologies
Proven track record of building and scaling professional services organizations, including P&L management and revenue growth responsibility
Strategic thinking capabilities with experience developing go-to-market frameworks, organizational methodologies, and scalable service offerings
Advanced leadership skills including organizational design, talent development, change management, and cross-functional collaboration
Industry recognition or thought leadership in GTM strategy, revenue operations, or sales/marketing technology domains
MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred, with demonstrated continuous learning in emerging technologies and market trends
