About the role

  • Support Tier 1 Integrations Support team to ensure customer success for ZoomInfo’s Go-To-Market platform
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by capturing and conveying customer feedback internally
  • Provide day-to-day support including incident management and workflow recommendations to drive customer value and adoption
  • Triage and escalate issues to Tier 2 and engineering when not resolvable at Tier 1
  • Document best practices and enable customers through online support tools
  • Learn third-party products and their integrations to educate and guide customers on usage and adoption
  • Identify renewal risks and up-sell opportunities; collaborate with internal teams to remediate issues and ensure successful renewals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or 2-3 years of equivalent work experience in SaaS organization
  • Proven ability to multi-task and successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and self-directed problem solver
  • Ability to adapt and pivot in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
  • Excellent customer service skills; empathetic, accurate, compassionate, responsive, resourceful, and conscientious
  • A strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to empower end-users to support themselves using our online training resources
  • Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills; convey technical jargon from beginner to developer level
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, replicate, and document customer issues for escalation
  • Desire and aptitude to learn and understand technical infrastructure
  • Positive attitude
  • Technical CRM, MAT, or Sales Acceleration platform experience; certifications with Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua and/or Microsoft Dynamics a strong plus
  • Experience with SOQL (Salesforce) and troubleshooting Salesforce Managed Packages
  • Familiarity with HTML, JSON, APIs, and coding fundamentals
  • Prior experience using DataDog, Jira, Postman, and Snowflake
  • Prior experience with video conferencing applications
