About the role

  • Shape and expand marketing efforts across PLG and eCommerce platforms aligned with business goals and customer segments
  • Take end-to-end ownership of customer lifecycle communications and engagement across the PLG motion to drive activation, retention, and expansion
  • Plan, design, and launch in-app messaging, onboarding tours, contextual pop-ups, and lifecycle email communications
  • Map and optimize the entire PLG customer journey and drive go-to-market communications for PLG initiatives such as webinars, newsletters, and content launches
  • Own and refine marketing strategies for PLG and eCommerce funnels, implement measurement frameworks, and reduce drop-offs
  • Develop dashboards to monitor conversions, product usage, and eCommerce transactions and leverage insights to optimize performance
  • Partner with the broader growth team to harmonize marketing and digital strategies across ZoomInfo and subsidiaries (NeverBounce, Datanyze)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years in growth marketing, demonstrating success in leading eCommerce and digital strategy initiatives within the B2B SaaS domain
  • Experience driving communication strategy for freemium or trial-based products
  • Background working with sales-led and PLG motions simultaneously
  • Experience in building and executing multi-channel lifecycle journeys that drive self-serve conversion and activation
  • Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and deriving actionable insights
  • Experience with Salesforce for integration and tracking of customer interactions
  • Skilled in marketing automation tools to streamline processes and personalize interactions
  • Knowledge of A/B testing platforms to conduct strategic tests and improve conversion rates
  • Experience with project management tools to coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Creative problem solver focused on optimizing user experience and conversion rates
