Shape and expand marketing efforts across PLG and eCommerce platforms aligned with business goals and customer segments
Take end-to-end ownership of customer lifecycle communications and engagement across the PLG motion to drive activation, retention, and expansion
Plan, design, and launch in-app messaging, onboarding tours, contextual pop-ups, and lifecycle email communications
Map and optimize the entire PLG customer journey and drive go-to-market communications for PLG initiatives such as webinars, newsletters, and content launches
Own and refine marketing strategies for PLG and eCommerce funnels, implement measurement frameworks, and reduce drop-offs
Develop dashboards to monitor conversions, product usage, and eCommerce transactions and leverage insights to optimize performance
Partner with the broader growth team to harmonize marketing and digital strategies across ZoomInfo and subsidiaries (NeverBounce, Datanyze)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
Minimum of 5 years in growth marketing, demonstrating success in leading eCommerce and digital strategy initiatives within the B2B SaaS domain
Experience driving communication strategy for freemium or trial-based products
Background working with sales-led and PLG motions simultaneously
Experience in building and executing multi-channel lifecycle journeys that drive self-serve conversion and activation
Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and deriving actionable insights
Experience with Salesforce for integration and tracking of customer interactions
Skilled in marketing automation tools to streamline processes and personalize interactions
Knowledge of A/B testing platforms to conduct strategic tests and improve conversion rates
Experience with project management tools to coordinate cross-functional teams
Creative problem solver focused on optimizing user experience and conversion rates
