Define and drive the Retailer’s long-term sales strategy in alignment with corporate goals
Lead annual and quarterly sales planning cycles, including territory planning, quota setting, and resource allocation
Translate market trends and business intelligence into actionable strategic recommendations
Identify and implement improvements across the full sales funnel to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Build and lead a high-performing team responsible for sales strategy, planning, analytics, and enablement
Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, Customer Excellence, and Finance to ensure integrated sales strategies
Champion a data-driven culture by defining KPIs and leveraging advanced analytics to guide decisions
Design and implement targeted engagement plans to gain direct access to C-suite and senior-level decision-makers
Establish and nurture influential relationships with internal stakeholders, industry leaders, and client-side champions
Use a consultative, value-led approach to build credibility and trust at the executive level
Identify, map, and influence all key stakeholders in enterprise accounts; lead strategic account planning sessions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred
Experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, or a related leadership role—preferably within high-growth, complex B2B or enterprise environments
Proven experience leading strategic planning, GTM design, and organizational transformation at a senior level
Strong command of data analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Clari, Excel) and financial modeling
Exceptional leadership, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills
Deep understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN) and best-in-class GTM practices
Preferred background in marketing agency, management consulting or corporate strategy
Industry experience in Retail / CPG / Media / Advertising / Marketing Technology / etc.
Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship (position not eligible for student visa sponsorship, including F-1 OPT or CPT)
