Customer Success Manager

Director, Digital & Media Customer Success

• Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining consistent communication, ensuring clarity of deliverables, and proactively managing expectations.
• Partner closely with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into actionable media strategies.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking by identifying challenges, proposing solutions, and providing data-driven recommendations that enhance campaign performance.
• Lead client status meetings, campaign reviews, and performance discussions to ensure alignment and transparency at all stages.
• Develop and present client-facing materials including campaign recaps, performance reports, and strategic recommendations that communicate impact and insights clearly.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Ad Operations, Creative, Influencer, and Analytics teams to ensure flawless execution and continuous improvement.

Client Success Manager, Media

Data Engineer

• Support the implementation and day-to-day execution of Inmar’s Data Governance program
• Assist in building and maintaining automated, repeatable processes that implement data governance policies and standards
• Support enforcement of required metadata, tagging, and ownership standards across cloud and on-prem data environments
• Help embed governance controls into pipelines and platforms rather than relying on manual or ad hoc processes
• Publish and maintain datasets in the enterprise metadata catalog, ensuring required fields such as owner, description, classification, and lineage are captured
• Participate in metadata audits and help track adoption and compliance metrics
• Help run and validate sensitive data scans (e.g., PII, PHI, PCI) using approved tools and scripts
• Apply and verify data classification and asset tagging standards in alignment with enterprise policies
• Support audits and reporting related to data access, ownership, and least-privilege enforcement
• Assist with tagging and ownership initiatives that enable cloud cost visibility and accountability
• Help maintain dashboards and reports that surface governance KPIs for technical and business stakeholders
• Follow established Data Governance team standards for communication, documentation, code reviews, releases, and handoffs
• Participate in daily standups, Jira updates, PR reviews, and knowledge-sharing activities

Associate Data Engineer, Data Governance

• Manage a portfolio of automotive dealership and group clients to ensure successful onboarding, engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Deliver monthly reporting to clients, analyzing key metrics and identifying any emerging issues or trends.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with dealership and/or group leadership (including C-level executives and General Managers) to review performance, identify opportunities, and deepen engagement.
• Proactively identify at-risk accounts and work internally and externally to drive resolution and increase satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with Product Operations to gather, document, and communicate client feedback, requests and complaints; ensure client concerns are addressed promptly.
• Work with product and sales to create a survey to measure client satisfaction on an annual or semi-annual basis
• Partner with product and engineering teams by pulling the right experts into client discussions to accelerate issue resolution or to support upsell opportunities.
• Guide new clients through an efficient onboarding process, including platform training, campaign set-up, and operational alignment.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date client documentation, including meeting notes, action items, and reporting history.
