Talent Advisor – Contractor

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract both active and passive candidates.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand organizational needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for critical roles to ensure a steady flow of talent.
- Use a variety of sourcing methods including social media, professional networks, industry events, and talent mapping.
- Conduct market research and provide insights on competitor practices, talent availability, and salary benchmarks to guide decision-making.
- Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the hiring process by maintaining clear communication and responsiveness.
- Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to measure success and continuously improve processes.
- Work with hiring teams to provide guidance on best practices for attracting, engaging, and retaining talent.
- Act as a brand ambassador by promoting the company’s culture, values, and employee experience in interactions with candidates and networks.
- Build and nurture relationships with passive talent, industry professionals, and influencers to strengthen long-term recruitment success.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors , Business, or a related field (required)
- 7-9 years of experience in talent acquisition, with proven ability to advise and partner with leaders (required)
- Strong understanding of talent markets and sourcing strategies. (High proficiency)
- Excellent relationship-building and networking skills. (High proficiency)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making. (Low proficiency)
- Familiarity with modern sourcing tools, technology, and techniques. (Low proficiency)
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders. (High proficiency)
