About the role

  • Execute outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social platforms.
  • Research target accounts and identify decision-makers.
  • Set qualified meetings for Account Executives and act as first point of contact for prospects.
  • Manage and track outreach activities in SalesLoft and Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to improve messaging and processes.
  • Consistently hit and exceed monthly pipeline creation targets.
  • Engage prospects, spark curiosity, and book meetings that lead to sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years in sales, customer service, or related field (internships count).
  • Familiarity with the Financial Services industry.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Resilient, persistent, and motivated by hitting targets.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Ability to manage and track outreach activities in SalesLoft and Salesforce.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Subject to background and reference checks as part of onboarding.
