About the role
- Execute outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social platforms.
- Research target accounts and identify decision-makers.
- Set qualified meetings for Account Executives and act as first point of contact for prospects.
- Manage and track outreach activities in SalesLoft and Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to improve messaging and processes.
- Consistently hit and exceed monthly pipeline creation targets.
- Engage prospects, spark curiosity, and book meetings that lead to sales opportunities.
Requirements
- 1–2 years in sales, customer service, or related field (internships count).
- Familiarity with the Financial Services industry.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Resilient, persistent, and motivated by hitting targets.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Ability to manage and track outreach activities in SalesLoft and Salesforce.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Subject to background and reference checks as part of onboarding.
