About the role
- Conduct Change Readiness Assessments to evaluate organizational preparedness for transformation.
- Understand client business drivers and objectives and drive the project to meet or exceed them.
- Develop, coach, and/or execute structured change management implementation strategies.
- Identify potential risks and points of resistance and develop mitigation strategies.
- Analyze business process changes and their impact on roles, systems, and culture.
- Draft communications tailored to various audiences and facilitate stakeholder engagement.
- Coach/mentor client Change Leads and be an active coach to executives and leaders.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
- Create reinforcement mechanisms, progressive learning plans, and celebrations of success.
- Maintain close engagement with training and communication specialists to ensure smooth transitions.
- Stay current with change management trends through professional development and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in change management.
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies (example: Prosci, Kotter).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or other enterprise platforms.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project and software implementation lifecycle.
- Proven track record of successful implementation of change initiatives.
- Understanding of organizational dynamics and experience supporting cross-functional teams and client-facing engagements.
- Stakeholder engagement and executive coaching experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to design and implement change management strategies and mitigation plans.
- Comfortable collaborating with Change Management professionals and adapting in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
