About the role
- Lead ZigZag direct clients and white-label partners through the onboarding process of the ZigZag Global Returns Solution
- Manage implementations from requirements capture to go-live and BAU handover to Client Success
- Manage multiple complex client implementations simultaneously
- Act as primary point of contact for retailers, white-label partners and clients during onboarding
- Communicate proactively to identify risks and issues and create solutions
- Provide progress and KPI reporting to the wider business and call out risks to go-live
- Develop and maintain comprehensive implementation plans to meet client objectives
- Train and educate retailers, partners and clients on the ZigZag Global Returns Solution
- Hold internal meetings, own key areas of process and analyse/review processes for improvement
- Provide support to the Implementation Manager and mentor/guide other Implementation Analysts
- Stay informed of relevant trends and industry news
Requirements
- Must be based in the United Kingdom and have the right to work without visa sponsorship (no visa sponsorship provided)
- Multiple years of experience within SaaS (Software as a Service) implementations
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Aptitude for understanding technical solutions and communicating to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to demonstrate an understanding of API and System Integration documentation
- Fluent in written and verbal English (German and French a bonus)
- Confidence when interacting with clients
- Retail and/or logistics experience
- Empathy and compassion
- Tenacious problem-solving
- Ability to lead complex implementation projects and assist in pre-sales technical discussions
- Experience training and guiding implementation team members
