Work closely with clients to gather requirements and analyze client needs and strategy
Design mockups and provide consulting to understand clients' strategic direction, project goals, and open issues
Bridge gap between business goals, user functionality, and system architecture and document business requirements as the source of truth
Maintain accuracy of documentation, refine requirements, and communicate changes/clarifications to project teams throughout the project
Develop reports, dashboards, workflows, use cases, data flows, process flows and custom leadership reports/dashboards
Create user journeys, user stories, site path diagrams, and use cases for testing
Collaborate with Designers, Developers, QA, Product, UX/UI, Architects, Program Management, and globally distributed teams
Work within Scrum/Agile methodology and manage multiple projects and priorities
Translate business requirements into technical requirements and create dataset/API mappings
Present recommendations and alternate suggestions confidently to clients
Requirements
3+ years experience as a BA, working with external clients and internal teams: Designers, Developers, QA, Product, UX/UI, Architects, and Program Management
Bachelor’s degree required with a major in Computer Science, Business or Interactive Multimedia, or similar degree is PREFERRED
Experience gathering requirements and analyzing client needs/strategy
Experience with mockup design and consulting
Ability to bridge the gap between business goals, user functionality and system architecture and document business requirements as the “source of truth”
Maintain accuracy of documentation, refine requirements, and communicate changes/clarifications to project teams
Must be able to clearly communicate in English both verbally and written
Develop reports, dashboards, workflows, use cases, data flows, and process flows, including custom reports and dashboards for leadership
Superior listening skills and ability to find root cause of concerns
Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities within Scrum/Agile Methodology
Strong understanding of datasets, APIs and creating mappings
Expert communication skills and ability to present alternate suggestions to clients
Ability to translate and break down business requirements into technical requirements
Experience with design and design tools is a PLUS
Experience creating user journeys, user stories, site path diagraming, and creating use cases for testing
Working experience with Confluence, JIRA, Power BI, Excel, MIRO, and other tooling that assists with data sets, mappings & creating of customer journeys
Solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Previous experience with transformation deliveries is a PLUS
Comfortable working with and communicating with a collaborative globally distributed team
