• Own the end-to-end creative workflow, from intake and prioritization through delivery and post-project analysis
• Design, implement, and continuously optimize creative processes that support high-volume CRM and integrated creative production

Creative Operations Manager

• Partner with Search team members on paid search strategy and performance discussions.
• Proactively identify areas for optimization and innovation across accounts.

• Translate complex business needs into advanced analytics solutions that drive measurable improvements in acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Define and evolve the client’s analytics roadmap, introducing enhanced modeling approaches, refined data strategies, and real-time decisioning capabilities that support compliant, high-impact marketing execution.
