About the role
- Lead the planning and execution of projects that operationalize Yubico's Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, working with key stakeholders across the company.
- Serve as a critical connection between sales, business, and operations teams; work closely with business analysts and key stakeholders.
- Organize, coordinate, and facilitate the work of project team(s) and serve as liaison between business and technical teams, including planning project stages and assessing business implications for each stage.
- Elicit GTM strategy: partner with sales leaders and business analysts to draw out, analyze, and document needs for projects, including organizing and aiding in development of project and business case proposals.
- Act as central point of contact between Sales teams and Business Operations teams, ensuring functional area subject matter experts are appropriately represented in GTM project planning.
- Drive project success by implementing and optimizing processes and governance frameworks; partner with teams and process owners to enhance project execution.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that may negatively affect project outcomes, including budget, effort, and timeline; ensure risks are visible, resolved, and escalated appropriately.
- Earn and maintain stakeholder trust through regular, transparent communication on status, risks, and outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience leading projects, including experience working on GTM projects.
- Able to disambiguate desired outcomes, with the support of subject matter experts, to develop a plan to achieve those outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience identifying and treating project risks.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Experience in managing relationships with senior leadership, technical, and sales teams.
- Ability to effectively utilize project management systems (like Jira) to enhance communication and coordination.
- Experience managing GTM projects and initiatives for a global organization.
- Demonstrable success leading projects in both an agile and waterfall methodology.
- Experience championing projects and business cases specifically focused on GTM.
- PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, S@SP, or similar certification (preferred).
- Direct experience leading projects for platforms like Salesforce or NetSuite.
- A command of Google Workspaces, Jira, and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform's capabilities and limitations.
