About the role

  • Lead onboarding projects for strategic accounts at Marqeta, a payments platform. We work with GTM, crossing Revenue, Strategy & Operations, Customer Solutions & Delivery, and Partnerships to implement for strategic accounts.
  • Role can be performed remotely within the United States or from our Oakland, CA headquarters; coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation; design a customized implementation approach to align with customer needs.
  • Use project management tools and methodologies to deliver projects on time and to high standards.
  • Develop deep relationships with customers and understand their objectives, challenges, and success criteria.
  • Communicate effectively in a regulated and technical environment; partner with revenue leads on customer needs.
  • Nice-to-haves include background in payments, implementation experience for enterprise customers, and tooling familiarity.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor\'s degree; or 6 years and a Master\’s degree; or equivalent experience and PMI certification.
