  • The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) key purpose is to directly lead all operational processes and functions of multiple entities. This includes but is not limited to: ensuring accountability at all levels; overseeing and approving all production operations, communicating effectively between all corporate and entity-specific departments, managing financial budgets and authorizing facility purchasing, providing monthly production analysis and presenting data to the Finance team to ensure proper execution for all entities, and unlocking innovation and strategic initiatives to streamline and improve operations.
  • Implement operations strategy, structure, and processes across multiple entities.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all phases of operations.
  • Interview, hire, train, and develop leaders within the organization
  • Provide regular performance updates to the Senior leadership team.
  • Partners with Sales and Sales Ops teams to ensure production meets sales demand
  • Ensures a culture of accountability at all levels of the organization
  • Drives results in all deliverables (production quotas, labor standards, profitability, budget management, people metrics)
  • Follows sales and market trends daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually
  • Audit Production Plans to meet demand of sales team
  • Actively seeks ways to improve all aspects of the business
  • Collaborate with the Senior leadership team to develop, communicate, and implement operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution.
  • Able to sort through complicated, extensive, and often conflicting information to effectively attack and solve problems
  • Directly manage state-level managers and oversee delivery drivers, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
  • Foster a positive workplace culture where team members feel empowered, motivated, and committed to achieving organizational goals
  • Act as a key leader in promoting collaboration, encouraging team members to bring their best selves to work, and driving high levels of engagement

Requirements

  • Must be open to relocation
  • Must be proficient in data analysis, and other inventory management systems

  • Excellent in conflict resolution, communication, learning and teaching an array of subjects
  • Effectively communicate information and respond to questions/suggestions from various levels within the company
  • Possess advanced mathematical skills
  • Perform advanced visual quality inspections on products
  • Must be able to travel on a frequent basis (5-10 days/month) to additional locations and facilities
  • Must obtain all applicable state-required permits, licenses, and certifications for primary operating state.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Regular travel between facilities will be required
  • State regulations require all applicants must be 21 years of age or older
