We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive growth in the hospitality technology sector.
Generate qualified leads, build strong relationships with decision-makers in hotels, resorts, and restaurants, and support the sales team in expanding market share.
Ideal for someone energetic, tech-savvy, and passionate about hospitality industry and SaaS solutions that transform guest experiences, operations, and revenue growth.
Research and identify potential clients within the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, restaurants, serviced apartments, event venues).
Use outbound channels (cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, events) to connect with decision-makers such as General Managers, Revenue Managers, IT Directors, and F&B Managers.
Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects’ operational challenges, technology needs, and decision-making processes.
Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, webinars, and tradeshows and build a strong sales pipeline.
Work closely with Account Executives to schedule product demos and sales meetings; share market insights and align with marketing.
Maintain accurate prospect interaction records in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), track outreach activity and KPIs, and provide weekly/monthly reports on lead generation results.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (hospitality industry background is a plus).
Familiarity with hospitality technology solutions (PMS, RMS, POS, CRM, Guest Experience apps, Channel Managers, etc.) is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Strong research, prospecting, and organizational skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, SaaS-driven environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach automation platforms is a plus.
Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, French, or Spanish are a plus for international markets).
