• Managing a small team to work closely with senior leaders across IT, Security Engineering, General Counsel, and firm leadership to shape how risk is understood, measured, and managed
• Lead the development of executive-level reporting on IT risk, compliance posture, and operational performance
• Build and evolve KPI/KRI dashboards that provide real-time visibility into risk trends and control effectiveness
• Translate complex IT and security data into meaningful insights for decision making

Manager, IT Risk Operations

Infrastructure Engineer

• Collaborate with internal IT teams to design, analyze, and maintain several key aspects within our firmwide cloud footprint
• Lead efforts to design, architect, advise and implement various workflows and services related to cloud platforms
• Ensure that systems and architecture comply with security standards, policies, and risk guidance
• Act as the technical subject matter expert and sounding board for questions and decisions related to Microsoft Azure and other Cloud solutions
• Bridge the gap between IT Infrastructure team and IT Applications team as it relates to integrating application development and IT Infrastructure leveraging primarily Microsoft technologies such as Azure DevOps, Power Platform, Graph API, Foundry, as well as new technologies
• Ensure that solutions built follow vendor best practices for performance, cost, data protection, and security
• Assist in the development of technology roadmaps covering lifecycle planning, capacity planning, obsolescence, availability of support, and vendor roadmaps

Principal Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Analyst

• Lead the administration of the annual base pay and incentive programs for professional, administrative and legal support staff.
• Partner with the Compensation Manager on building out the schedule, providing support to managers through the annual cycle and ensure schedule is adhered to.
• Support the Compensation Manager in developing annual budgets and forecasts for business professional staff.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners in identify future compensation action items (such as promotions and job changes), gather relevant data for evaluation and maintain appropriate tracking to ensure timely implementation.
• Review upcoming and open job requisitions and for new and existing roles; provide recommendations on job titles, job levels, associated base pay ranges and FLSA status.
• Serve as primary contact for market pricing requests and provide support to managers, recruiters and HR Business Partners with respect to market data, internal equity and compensation guidelines.
• Manage participation in compensation surveys, analyzing survey data, maintaining job architecture and salary structures by functional role, job level and geographic location.
• Collaborate with Senior Compensation Analyst on special projects and during as needed.
• Handle Workday administration for supported populations.
• Audit transactions in Workday to maintain the accuracy of job, salary grade, compensation, and organization information; ensuring that data is complete.
• Participate in configuring and testing compensation and time off functions in Workday; report issues for remediation to ensure transactions have the correct payroll effect.
• Monitoring Workday help case tickets and respond to compensation related inquiries.
• Implement advanced compensation functionality to support base pay and incentives cycles for staff.
• Work with the HRIS to evaluate and implement new Workday features for compensation; support analytics and dashboard projects requiring compensation data; ensure new configurations are accurately tested and integrated with payroll.
• Act as a liaison with our payroll department, coordinating compensation activities and business processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations (e.g. pay equity, wage and hour, federal/state reporting obligations).
• Conduct regular compliance audits, maintain accurate documentation, and proactively monitor regulatory changes to reduce legal risk.
• Work on compensation projects and initiatives; assist with data collection and analysis; answer questions about programs and policies from managers and employees.
• Research and assemble workforce-related data to support a wide variety of firm initiatives, functions, and programs, including management presentations and exhibits.
• Manage compensation program documents within the firm’s document management system; ensure that shared files are orderly and up to date; manage security access.

Compensation Analyst

Project Manager

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects within a PMO-driven framework
• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans

Compliance

• Full responsibility for tracking and coordinating with General Counsel, Attorneys, Clients, and various Firm Departments on the review, storage, and implementation of Outside Counsel Guidelines

• Review and process the opening of new Clients and Matters ensuring they align with Financial Policies and implement special billing arrangements

Compliance Analyst

Billing Specialist

• Assist in the distribution of prebills to partners by reviewing prebills for matter accuracy, highlighting special billing requirements and generally questioning any irregularities noticed
• Provide eBills and email invoices to clients with accuracy and customer service focus
• Pull expense back-up on an as-needed basis
• Act as Mentor to Billing Services Support Representatives and Account Managers for Billing needs
• Provide billing training to Account Managers and Billing Services Support Representatives
• Work with revenue team to ensure all monthly billing is completed by month end deadline

Senior Billing Representative

Data Analyst

• Prepare financial models for pro forma capitalization scenarios, pro rata calculations, stock conversions, company recapitalization events, and preliminary market overhang analyses
• Prepare hypothetical liquidation waterfall models based on different deal scenarios
• Build closing payment spreadsheets in connection with M&A transactions that track the merger agreements
• Audit spreadsheets obtained from clients, investors, investment banks, or other law firms to ensure accuracy
• Provide mathematical analysis to complete transaction materials for financings, mergers, acquisitions, or public offerings
• Maintain and update model/template capitalization spreadsheets used for the calculations
