About the role

  • Partner with leaders across functions with a particular focus on IT and non-IT roles for lateral hiring
  • Take ownership of full cycle recruitment from sourcing through to offer and contracting
  • Build TA capability and coach leaders on best practices and sourcing strategies
  • Conceptualize and implement early career programs and maintain university relations
  • Contribute to employer branding and maintain the WSA India R&D web page
  • Participate in conferences, hackathons and job fairs to improve brand visibility
  • Intake: translate business needs into agreed recruitment plans within time, budget and quality constraints
  • Sourcing and Selection: ensure inflow of suitable candidates using agreed sourcing channels (social media, referrals, etc.)
  • Act as business partner: build and maintain robust relationships and stakeholder satisfaction with Hiring Managers and HR Managers
  • Continuous improvement: proactively contribute to improving Talent Acquisition services and lead strategic TA projects
  • Act as strategic advisor, add business acumen and operate in a fast-paced, confidential environment
  • Support job-offer construction and contracting; work with HR Managers on competitive compensation & benefits offers

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of related experience as a recruiter
  • Experience recruiting technology and business professionals and executives
  • Comfortable & effective in a global & matrix organization
  • Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
  • Potential to grow consulting skills
  • Strong business acumen and judgement
  • Deep external/internal market expertise
  • Excellent operational capabilities to influence hiring decisions
  • Strong interviewing and probing skills
  • Conduct business with highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct
  • Ability to manage customers' expectations and to deal with customers using a consultative approach
  • People-oriented, solution-focused with a "can-do" attitude
  • Strong team player and team spirit; ability to build bridges with HR organizations
  • Ability to provide innovative thinking and strategies; analyze market and talent trends
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, assessment and selection

  • Experience supporting data quality and using recruitment systems
