About the role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Draft and publish job descriptions and job postings across various platforms
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct candidate interviews (phone/video/onsite) as part of the selection process
- Collaborate with external recruitment agencies when needed to build strong candidate pipelines
- Build and maintain recruitment metrics, reporting on hiring progress and performance
- Support employer branding initiatives, including career fairs, campus recruitment, and networking events
- Support ad-hoc Global People Operations projects and office-related tasks
Requirements
- BSc/MSc/Minor in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- 1–2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in an international or fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with any Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage multiple roles and priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is required
- Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and external partners
- Eagerness to learn, adaptability to change, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
