• Take ownership of end-to-end deployment process for Locus solutions for a retail client in Thailand
• Develop comprehensive deployment plans with milestones, timelines, and resource requirements
• Travel across Thailand to oversee on-site rollout, provide hands-on guidance, troubleshooting, and support
• Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders to coordinate deployment activities
• Conduct training sessions for end-users in English and Thai and provide post-deployment support
• Implement testing procedures to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability of the software
• Maintain documentation of deployment processes, issues, and resolutions and provide regular reports to leadership
