About the role

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to align talent acquisition with business needs
  • Advise senior leadership on talent market trends, risk mitigation, and competitive intelligence
  • Align on recruiting priorities, organizational design, and candidate/onboarding experience
  • Lead and coach talent acquisition team to deliver exceptional candidate experience
  • Build performance, accountability, and continuous improvement culture within talent acquisition
  • Optimize talent technology (ATS, HRIS, Employee Portal) for productivity and reporting
  • Partner with marketing to enhance employer brand and attract talent
  • Champion inclusive hiring practices and ensure diverse candidate pipelines
  • Use metrics and dashboards to evaluate hiring performance and inform decisions
  • Ensure recruitment compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor Business, Human Resources Management or related field preferred, or equal combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Minimum seven (7) years of experience in sourcing and recruitment, in fast-paced, complex environments, with a minimum of four (4) years in people-leadership roles
  • Proven success leading enterprise-wide recruitment strategy in high-growth, matrixed, global organization
  • Executive presence and ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated experience in selection and/or optimization of Applicant Tracking systems (ATS), including compliance frameworks
  • Proven ability to be a brand ambassador to source and hire top talent.
  • Experience in the Healthcare industry strongly preferred
  • Deep expertise in workforce planning, executive search, succession planning, and employer branding
  • Advanced knowledge of creative sourcing techniques and platforms.
  • Vendor negotiation and management of agreements and SOW process.
  • Fundamental knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to talent acquisition
