About the role
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Partner with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to align talent acquisition with business needs
- Advise senior leadership on talent market trends, risk mitigation, and competitive intelligence
- Align on recruiting priorities, organizational design, and candidate/onboarding experience
- Lead and coach talent acquisition team to deliver exceptional candidate experience
- Build performance, accountability, and continuous improvement culture within talent acquisition
- Optimize talent technology (ATS, HRIS, Employee Portal) for productivity and reporting
- Partner with marketing to enhance employer brand and attract talent
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and ensure diverse candidate pipelines
- Use metrics and dashboards to evaluate hiring performance and inform decisions
- Ensure recruitment compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor Business, Human Resources Management or related field preferred, or equal combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience in sourcing and recruitment, in fast-paced, complex environments, with a minimum of four (4) years in people-leadership roles
- Proven success leading enterprise-wide recruitment strategy in high-growth, matrixed, global organization
- Executive presence and ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated experience in selection and/or optimization of Applicant Tracking systems (ATS), including compliance frameworks
- Proven ability to be a brand ambassador to source and hire top talent.
- Experience in the Healthcare industry strongly preferred
- Deep expertise in workforce planning, executive search, succession planning, and employer branding
- Advanced knowledge of creative sourcing techniques and platforms.
- Vendor negotiation and management of agreements and SOW process.
- Fundamental knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to talent acquisition
