About the role
- Proactively source and identify top talent using various tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, etc.)
- Engage with potential candidates through effective outreach and build long-term talent pipelines
- Qualify candidates and collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to match talent with current and future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from the first touchpoint by providing timely and professional communication
- Keep our applicant tracking system (ATS) updated with accurate candidate information and status
- Collaborate closely with the broader Talent Acquisition and HR teams to support smooth recruitment and onboarding processes
- Contribute to sourcing strategies and team initiatives to continuously improve our approach
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a Talent Sourcer or similar sourcing-focused recruitment role
- Solid experience using sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search, social media sourcing, and talent mapping
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a candidate-first mindset
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in both Polish and English is a must
- Experience in banking or IT would be a plus
