• Supports Meeting Manager or Event Manager with coordination of attendees and meetings logistics.
• Primary liaison in the Virtual Centralized Team.
• Collaborates with a designated internal team based in another country to coordinate projects and admin processing for Delegate Management.
• Communicates with the internal teams timely with information relative to travel program operations.
• Source, Negotiate, Contract and Manage all vendors/suppliers for the meeting on client’s behalf.
• Ensure quality services at efficient rates.
• Support event planning and attendee management tasks including registrations, rooming lists, and communications.
• Coordinate with the air ticketing team for seamless operations.
