About the role
- Partner with senior leadership to deconstruct complex challenges, frame key decisions, and deliver data-driven recommendations
- Deliver market and competitor analysis to inform GTM and product strategy
- Build and manage roadmaps for high-priority initiatives; define project plans, KPIs, and success metrics
- Support annual and quarterly business planning to align investments and resources with strategic priorities
- Develop financial and operational models; synthesize data into clear insights and compelling narratives for executive audiences
- Act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure alignment and execution
- Identify repeatable patterns of success and standardize them into scalable GTM playbooks
Requirements
- 3–5 years in a highly analytical and strategic role (e.g., global strategy consulting firms, investment banking, PE/VC, corporate strategy, or biz ops preferred)
- Hypothesis-driven structured thinker; able to break down ambiguous problems
- Bias to action and high personal bar of excellence
- Strong quantitative skills; fluent in Excel/Sheets and data visualization (Tableau, Looker, etc.); SQL a plus
- Strategic perspective and ability to connect market dynamics to company strategy
- Proven success managing cross-functional projects end-to-end and building scalable processes
- Exceptional communicator; skilled at crafting narratives and presenting to executive audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus)
