About the role

  • Serve as a strategic partner and critical generalist for Pinterest's Global Content Organization across strategy, operations, and processes
  • Drive critical projects end-to-end from strategy to execution, including defining problems, building work plans, gathering/synthesizing data, running analyses, and delivering recommendations
  • Own budgets and account planning design and execution to multiply business outcomes
  • Drive operational processes and improvements; set expectations, align stakeholders, and scale shared initiatives, processes, and systems
  • Influence cross-functional partners (Partnerships, Programming & Originals, Finance, Analytics, Program Management) to execute priorities and deliver results
  • Shape and operationalize the Strategy & Operations roadmap and support broader strategic and annual planning efforts

Requirements

  • 5+ years in strategy and operations within fast‑paced, analytical environments (e.g., management consulting, investment banking, tech/media)
  • Hands‑on experience with operating cadences and budgets; partner management or content programming experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, statistics, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical rigor and structured problem solving; able to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Proven track record improving processes and driving operational change to completion
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills; adept at influencing and presenting to stakeholders, including senior audiences and cross-functional partners
  • Comfort managing multiple priorities and delivering with minimal oversight
  • Familiarity with SQL, Salesforce, and Tableau preferred (not required)
